1- In case where pile yarns which are put under the heavy furniture are crushed, pile yarns remaining there should be preferentially and firstly brushed and then swept by vacuum cleaner with the capability of performing beating process.

2- In order to prevent the dusts accumulated on the carpet from penetrating inside the pile yarns and bottom, maintenance should be made by sweeping with certain intervals by vacuum cleaner.

3- Sweeping process should be realized by means of a vacuum cleaner in direction of sweeping of pile yarns of the carpet and with gentle moves.

4- While cleaning the carpet, use of extra water and shampoo should be avoided.

5- Carpet should certainly not be washed. After being cleaned with shampoo, it should be wiped with water and urgently dried.

6- Any staining agent poured on the carpet may be removed if any sudden and correct intervention is carried out.

7- Formed stain should be firstly absorbed in high level of vacuum cleaner and then should be cleaned by moves to be performed with little water and carpet shampoo in sweeping direction, the humidity to remain after cleaning process should be removed by vacuum cleaner or by puffing by a dehumidifying cloth.

8- Stain removal process should be firstly tried on any hidden part of the carpet through chemical agent to be used in stain removal.

9- The pile yarns that are present in area where cleaning is performed should be combed by a brush so that they straighten up.

10- Carpet should be kept far from stoves and similar devices.

11- Carpet should be kept far from direct sunlight.

12- Wetting of carpet, any damage to the carpet by any hard, sharp and cutting tools during transport should be avoided.

13- Damages caused by transport and cleaning applications are outside the guarantee scope.

GUARANTEE TERMS

1- Guarantee period starts on the delivery date of the carpet and lasts for two (2) years.

2- The entire carpet is under the guarantee of our company including its all parts.

3- In case a defect is detected on the carpet within the guarantee period, the repair duration is added on the guarantee period. The maximum duration for repairs is 30 working days. This duration starts on the date the carpet is delivered to service centre, if there is no such service centre then to anyone of the followings; the seller, the distributor, the agent, the representative, the importer or the manufacturer of carpet.

4- In case a defect occurs within the guarantee period either due to the material used or due to the manpower fault or installation fault, its repair will be done without asking any charge for the replaced part or for the repair work.

5- The carpet will be replaced free of charge in case,
* The carpet loses its characteristics of good usage due to the reoccurrence of the same defect twice or occurrence of four different defects within the one year provided being in guarantee period after the delivery date.
* The maximum duration for repair is exceeded.
* It is certified with a report prepared by service centre stating that the repair of the defect is not possible, if there is no such service centre then by one of the followings; the seller, the distributor, the agent, the representative, the importer or the manufacturer, in order.

6- Any defect occurred due to the misuse of the carpet, with respect to the usage instructions given on the Instructions Guide is out of guarantee.

7- Consumers may apply “Consumer and Competition Protection General
Management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade” for any problems that may appear related with the Guarantee Certificate.

Alcoholic drinks: Clean it with shampoo and puff the white spirit over the stain.

Shoe polish: Wipe it first with thinner, and then with white spirit. Wash it with shampoo.

Oil paint: Puff the thinner over the stain and then wash it with shampoo.
Tea: If you are not able to clean the stain with the shampoo, puff the white spirit over the stain or apply water containing 10% ammonia.

Chocolate, caramel, sweet: Puff over the stain with slightly warm water or with water containing 5% ammonia.

Medicine, cosmetics: Wash it with shampoo after having puffed some thinner or per ethyl chloride over the stain. If any stain remains, wipe it with 5% ammonia diluted water or white spirit.

Coffee: If you are not able to clean it with stain shampoo, puff some white spirit or with 10% ammonia diluted water over the stain.

Tar, lubricant oil, fuel oil: Puff some thinner or per ethyl chloride over the stain and then wash it with shampoo. Repeat the same process with white spirit and wash it again with shampoo.
Mold: Puff some water containing ammonia over the stain.

Fruit and food stains: Puff some slightly tepid water over the stain.

Candle or solid paraffin: Place an absorbent paper on the stain and iron it (warm). Later puff some per ethyl chloride over the stain and wash it with shampoo.

Perfume: Puff some white spirit over the stain.

Marmalade, syrup & fruit juices: Puff some slightly tepid water over the stain. If it is still apparent, use thinner or per ethyl chloride.

Water: Wipe it with an absorbent cloth. After it dries completely puff some shampoo or white spirit over the stain.

Wine & lemonade: Wash it with shampoo after cleaning with a mixture of half water half vinegar.

Ticture of iodine: Puff some pure ammoniac over the stain.

Adhesive, varnish: After wiping with thinner or per ethyl chloride puff some slightly tepid water over the stain or then wash it with shampoo.

Egg: Wash the stain with shampoo after puffed some water containing 5% ammonia or with white spirit.

Ammoniac: You can find it in any pharmacy.

Lukewarm water: Water which is not more than 50 degrees Celsius.

Potassium oxalate: You can find it in pharmacies or shops selling chemical stuffs.

Washing with shampoo: Regular carpet shampoos or foam which you can find in any supermarket. Use very few water and apply gently to the carpet.

Beer: Puff some slightly tepid water containing 3% ammonia over the stain.

Plastic painting: If the stain is fresh, puff some cold water over the stain. For the dried stains please refer to an expert cleaning company.

Mud: Wait until it dries and then clean it with vacuum cleaner.

Chewing gum: Take the gum with a knife and apply per ethyl chloride.

Grass, green vegetable , flower: Wipe it by dampening with white spirit.

Mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup : First wipe it with some water containing 10% ammonia and later apply per ethyl chloride. if necessary apply shampoo.

Blood: Apply some cold water first and then wash the stain with shampoo. If the stain has not been removed yet use water containing 5% ammonia.

Vomit, urine or excrement: Puff some water/vinegar solution in the same quantities (one measure of water, one measure of vinegar)or white spirit. Wash it with shampoo.

Mercuro Crom: Puff over the stain some mixture of 1/3 of white spirit and 2/3 of water.

Furniture or surface varnish: Wipe it with pure alcohol or per ethyl chloride and wash it with shampoo. If the stain has still not been removed, use water containing 5% ammoniac or white spirit.

Ink: Use drying paper and apply a mixture of 30% white spirit and 70% water. Later wash with shampoo. Even pure lemon juice will successfully remove your stain.

Rust: Wipe it with water containing 3% potassium oxalate.

Tomato paste, sauce, butter: Puff some thinner or per ethyl chloride over the stain and wash it with shampoo. If it is still apparent, puff some water containing 5% ammonia over the stain.

Milk, milk with cacao, yogurt: Wash it with shampoo, then puff some water containing 5% ammonia or with white spirit, If it is still apparent, use thinner or per ethyl chloride.

Sugar: Puff some slightly temperate water over the stain and then wash it with shampoo.

Nail polish: Puff some nail varnish remover over the stain and then wash with shampoo.

Ballpoint: Wipe it with per ethyl chloride or white spirit.

White spirit: Methyl alcohol, you can find it in pharmacies and supermarkets.

Per ethyl chloride: It is a liquid used in dry cleaning. You can buy it from a dry cleaner or from the shops selling chemical stuff.

Puffing: Drying the stain pressing on it strongly with a folded clean cloth, towel or paper towel put on wet place of carpet.

Please ensure that guarantee certificate is completed by the seller. If it has not been so completed, then guarantee term beginning is deemed to be the manufacturing date.

Keep your guarantee certificate, invoice or photocopies. In case where there is a problem regarding your product, our service shall consider such data. Any altered guarantee certificates shall be considered invalid. Don’t remove the labels on your product. Information on the label is necessary for the validity of guarantee services that you shall request from the producer firm. Dirtying, tearing and wearing out of the product during transportation are not included under the scope of guarantee.

The maximum duration for repair is exceeded

It is certified with a report that the repair of the defect is not possible prepared by one of the followings in case where there is no service centre; the seller, the distributor, the agent, the representative, the importer or the producer, in order.

1- If your cases and cushions of sofabed have covers, never wash them in washing machine. Otherwise there may be shrinkage in cloth of cases and cushions.

2- When you make the sofabeds flat; there shall be a slight depression in the place where back and sitting place connects. Such a position is natural feature of the product.

3- Don’t put your head and body inside the sofabed body. Never let little children to open the body.

4- In order to ensure that mechanism of your Sofabed functions regularly and that cloth is not damaged by hitting the wall, keep it about 15-20 cm far from the wall.

5- Don’t put anything i.e. hot teapot on your product, don’t iron on it, don’t put any heater such as electrical heater nearby. In places heated by means of electric or solid fuel stoves, keep your product at least 1 m. far from the source of heat.

6- Don’t tear the stitch and padded product yarns appearing on the product off. Carefully cut them from underneath.

7- Keep your product free from any dusty and humid environments. If your product is in any place which is subject to direct sun light, take necessary measures.

8- Don’t get on product (arm and back) and don’t perform any action such as hanging curtain etc.

9- If product is required to move to any other place, don’t carry it by drifting or rubbing it narrow places. In such cases, you may damage the cloth of product or cause any loss by breaking its feet and arm connection places. The product should be moved to another place by raising it up and by paying attention for carrying without any contact with the ground.

10- Be careful not to put any extra and heavy material in a manner height of coffer part of your product is exceeded; otherwise you may damage case materials.

11- Carry your Sofabed by securing and by packaging the corners in order to prevent them from being damaged during the transfer.

12- If you empty the weights inside your Sofabeds and if you remove the arms if they are removable when you plan to carry them, it will help you to easily perform to do so.

13- While using your sofabed as bed please use bedclothes or sleeping pad in order to prevent them from getting dirty.

14- During cleaning of your product don’t use any cleaning products with quality of strong dye remover and bleaching agent such as bleach and detergents and, any machine and tool which may damage your product such as carpet washing machine or hard brushes.

15- Perform cleaning work by means of a white dust cloth by wiping the product with lukewarm water towards the weaving direction of the cloth.
